The universities in the above countries are Abylai Khan university of International relations and world languages Almaty, Kazakhstan and university of Tehran, Iran.According to Ministry official advertisements the candidates must have the ability to lead in the particular discipline in the host country.The candidate must have membership of professional, academic, Vocational local bodies.Federal ministry of education and professional training, Government of Pakistan established in 2011.
